Did you sleep ok?
It’s a pretty common question.
One of the best apps for tracking your sleep (and also waking you up gently) is sleepcycle.com. I seriously love this app and have been using it for a few years now.
I’ve tried just about all the apps on the market – this is the best.
Apart from tracking your sleep, it also wakes you up at exactly the right time with its smart alarm.
And it really does work! I always wake up feeling amazing.
The way it works is quite straightforward.
You set the time that you want the alarm to wake you in the morning, say 7.00am.
However, between 6.30am and 7.00am the app monitors your movements and seems to know just when you’re starting to waken.
It’ll then gently initiate the alarm (you can choose the sounds) so that it tends to almost always wake...
