The replacement puffs are great. I'm glad they still make these. I wish they would bring back the original design of the eye mask. I have been using mine for almost 7 years now and it needs to be replaced. My friend tried to buy me the new design, but it didn't work as well because the straps were too wide and placed weird. Please bring back the old one. You can market it as "The classic". Id buy multiple.
Such an amazing product, it's comfortable, and it blocks out noise and light which is exactly what I'm looking for.
Just make sure to not tighten the straps too tight, to not put too much pressure on the ears and eyes.
I appreciate the ability to replace the ear cushions instead of replacing the entire thing.
