Makes a difference

I am a sensitive sleeper to sound and light. So for me this seemed perfect, the only thing I wish is that the ears were softer on the outside since I am a side sleeper and belly sleeper but it works. i adjust the ears as I sleep/turn on each side with my mask and noise machine.

Really helps block out noise!

This really helps! I live right next to a highway and the noise was keeping me up at night. I had already been wearing earplugs, but it wasn't enough. The Hibermate on top of the earplugs blocked everything out and I am able to sleep. My only complaint is that the ear muffs could be a bit larger, or perhaps come in different sizes. They are just a tad too small for me and my ears are sore in the morning.
