They’re v comfy and actually not that bad for side sleeping. Much better than expected. Great supplemental sound blockage on top of earplugs for hard to block noises at night. They don’t offer a huge amount of additional sound blockage , but that’s just science (I think).. all in all, excellent product. Well built, comfy, good customer support, and nothing else like them on the market (everything else has audio / electronics which I didn’t want).. while the nature of the product itself does have the aforementioned limitations, they add a great supplement to my sound-blocking cocktail to deal with noisy neighbors at night. Overall, those wanting to do everything they can to block sound, this adds a great additional tier, and the product itself is very well designed.
